Design
Service for contractors and builders; including floor-plan redesign, material selection, construction drawings, material procurement, marketing and sales. Detailed design proposal and agreement will include an itemized list of responsibilities and action items. Deliverables will be based on a mutually agreed upon time frame. Single Family, Duplex, Multi-Family, Light Hospitality.
